Job Title: Contract Specialist
About the Role:
As a Contract Specialist within our Legal and Commercial Services team, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle in alignment with commercial and legal standards. You will support contract management across multiple projects and accounts, delivering high-quality advice to protect revenue, improve margins, and support compliance—all while maintaining trusted client relationships and enabling business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand client needs, priorities, and account strategy.
Provide contract management support across multiple projects and geographies.
Assist with pre-award sales activities, deal shaping, and drafting support in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
Identify, escalate, and help resolve contract risks and issues to ensure optimal outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships in a client-facing role.
Contribute to performance management activities for contract management staff.
Promote and demonstrate diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural awareness across global teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in contract management
Membership in IACCM or NCMA and/or professional certifications is a plus
Willingness to travel if needed

Strong understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks
Ability to manage complex contracts and multitask across priorities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Leadership and collaborative approach, able to work with both executives and non-executives
