    Our client in Cumberland is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator to join their team. In this position you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 1st Shift Machine Operator

    **Location:** Cumberland, WI

    **Pay Range:** Up to $16.50/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate, maintain, and program automated and semi-automated equipment used in the production of printed circuit board assemblies.

    + Inspect assembled PCBs for defects and ensure proper functioning of the SMT machine.

    + Make minor machine adjustments and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Prior machine operation experience preferred along with a willingness to learn is essential.

    + Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours) while performing tasks.

    + Strong computer skills to understand and operate machinery effectively.

    + Attention to detail to identify defects and ensure quality standards.

    + Good attendance and commitment to training and teamwork.
