    Our client, Industry Leading Artisan Bakery specializing in Pretzel Bread is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Production Team supporting Production and Quality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail & problem solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: 2nd Shift Quality Tech Food Production Setting

     

    Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Temp to Hire

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Ensure food safety & product quality standards are met.

    + Ensure GMPs, SOPs, and safe work practices are being met.

    + Continuously monitor and perform food safety practices, visual quality standards, HACCP verifications, conformance to specifications, regulatory compliance, and compliance with company policies.

    + Follow and understand proper Good Hygiene, Safe Work Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), to aide in providing a safe quality product

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma

    + Able to read, write, and communicate in English

    + Minimum 1-year Quality Assurance/ Control experience in a food manufacturing facility.

    + Familiar with quality/food safety programs including HACCP, SQF, SSOP, HAZCOM, GMP, etc

    + Previous Food Industry Experience desired

    + Full Time Opportunity 3rd shift 10:30pm-6:30am
