Job Summary and Qualifications

In conjunction with the CNO and ACNO, the **Nursing** **Director Clinical Operations** provides leadership to the cost centers within the Department of Nursing. The specific area of leadership focus for the Director is the operational component of the departments to include project management, process improvement, productivity, and resource acquisition and management of all types.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business required

+ 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare required; Experience in project management and leading diverse teams, including physician stakeholders, ability to manage projects and timeliness

+ National certification in identified specialty must be achieved within 12 months of hire. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license, in accordance with laws and regulations required (if multistate license must change state of residence within 90 days)

+ American Red Cross or American Heart Association BLS or BCLS
