We are seeking an experienced senior accountant with a

strong focus on automation and digital tools to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles and

practices, combined with a passion for using technology to streamline processes

and improve efficiency. This individual with support the team financial

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

+ FinancialStatement preparation: Assist in the preparation month and quarterlyfinancial documents and notes to the annual statutory financial documentsin North America, applying automated tools to enhance accuracy andefficiency.

+ AutomationImplementation: Own the implementation and maintenance of automatedaccounting systems and digital tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency infinancial reporting, governance, and close processes.

+ Investmentbook value and goodwill: Assist with the annual long-range planconsolidation and reporting using digital solutions (such as Alteryx andPower BI). Assist in the annual valuation of applicable cash generatingunits while working with internal business partners and an externalvaluation firm.

+ ExternalAudit Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors as required for quarterlyand annual reporting, providing SAP reports and supporting documentationefficiently through digital platforms.

+ Integration:Assist the team in integrating the wind power business area with thelegacy gas & power business areas.

+ CentralProject Support: Provide support for central and other accounting projectsrequiring local knowledge and proximity, applying digital tools tofacilitate collaboration and communication.

What You Bring (requirements)

+ Collegediploma/University degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or BusinessAdministration.

+ Professionaldesignation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) strongly preferred.

+ Minimum2 years of related accounting experience. Big 4 and public accountingexperience is a plus.

+ Knowledgeof data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI,Tableau) is a plus.

+ Strongorganizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic workenvironment.

+ Proactiveself-starter with a strong ability to own projects and processesindependently

+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
