    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and strong craftsmanship.

     

    Available shift: Third Shift (7pm-5am)

     

    Pay range for this role is based on experience: $20-22

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    + Prior experience in painting or surface preparation is preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

    + Ability to maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

    + Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project goals.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    + Review work orders or receive instructions from the supervisor or lead regarding the painting tasks.

    + Smooth surfaces using sandpaper, brushes, or steel wool to ensure the area is ready for painting.

    + Remove old paint from surfaces using paint remover, scraper, wire brush, or blowtorch as necessary to prepare surfaces.

    + Allow for the specified curing and drying time before notifying the lead when the product is ready for final inspection.

    + Perform daily cleaning and maintenance on painting equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
