Description We are in search of an HR Coordinator to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be essential in managing the recruitment process from start to finish while also maintaining organized and accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various tools and techniques including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source and attract potential candidates.
• Oversee the recruitment process, which includes creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
• Manage the onboarding process in collaboration with other team members.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to leadership to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in conducting background checks for potential employees.
• Experience in managing benefit functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in corporate recruiting, with the ability to source and engage potential candidates.
• Must have experience in recruitment sourcing, using various platforms to find potential candidates.
• Ability to conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, with potential candidates.
• Experience in onboarding new employees, familiarizing them with company culture, procedures, and roles.
• Proficient in creating and managing job postings on various platforms.
• Experience in developing job descriptions that accurately represent the roles and responsibilities of the position. TalentMatch®
