Description We are offering an exciting long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Support IV in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an office-based role within the Accounts Payable team, focusing on resolving queries from employees and vendors. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling tickets through the Issuetrack system, demonstrating strong customer service skills, and a good understanding of procurement to payment processes.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve queries from employees and vendors regarding accounts payable
• Manage tickets using the Issuetrack system, taking full responsibility from receipt to closure
• Support various projects as required
• Maintain a high level of data integrity in all work
• Utilize your strong analytical skills to provide forward-thinking solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone when necessary
• Learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
• Assist in planning processes and supervising tasks as needed
• Work closely with suppliers and managers to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain detail oriented etiquette in all customer service interactions. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Invoice and Payment Processing
• Understanding of Planning Processes
• Proven ability in Supervising teams
• Experience in managing Vendors in a Retail setting
• Knowledge of Procurement processes
• Proficiency in Deskside Support
• Experience in dealing with Suppliers
• Ability to conduct Research Analysis
• Understanding of Agreement terms and conditions
• Experience in using a Ticketing System
• Ability to use and create Templates
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
• Ability to maintain Data Integrity
• Experience in Triage
• Proficiency in Smartsheet
