    Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in Fayette County that is looking to add an HRIS Analyst to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HR systems and data, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and systems optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •HR Systems Support: Manage, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules and functions across the organization, ensuring streamlined operations and efficiency.

    •Systems Configuration: Configure and optimize HR systems to meet business requirements and enhance user experience, ensuring alignment with workflow processes.

    •Data Integration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement data integrations between HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

    •Data Auditing: Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy across the systems while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

    •HRIS Training: Conduct training sessions for HRIS users, addressing technical questions and empowering team members to utilize systems effectively.

    •Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports from HRIS platforms to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.

    Requirements

    •Experience with UKG Time & Attendance, UKG Workforce Management, and ADP Workforce Now.

    •Previous exposure to unionized work environments is a plus.

    •Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable.

    •Strong knowledge of data integration methods and system configuration best practices.
