Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in the manufacturing industry. As a Billing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our team, focusing on the stabilization and modernization of our billing processes, handling manual invoicing, and managing journal entries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and format billing data using Microsoft Excel

• Take responsibility for the creation and management of manual invoices for all manufactured parts

• Post and manage journal entries using Oracle

• Create and modernize the billing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Support the billing and accounting department in various tasks as needed

• Conduct regular checks and updates on customer credit records

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to billing

• Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure all billing issues are addressed promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required

• Handle additional billing functions as per the department's needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Billing Analyst role

• Proficient in accounting functions and understanding of general financial operations.

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

• Proficient in various billing functions, including generating, sending, and following up on invoices.

• Extensive knowledge of billing software for efficient and accurate billing processes.

• Ability to create and manage manual invoices when necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Experience with Oracle for managing customer data and billing processes.

• Capable of preparing accurate and timely billing statements for customers.
