• Litigation Attorney - Medical Malpractice

    We are working with well-established and reputable law firm specializing in plaintiff-side medical malpractice. The firm has a dedicated team and is known for its strong commitment to advocating for injured individuals. This opportunity offers room for professional growth and long-term career development in a highly specialized practice area. The firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant litigation experience, ideally in medical malpractice, personal injury, or related areas (plaintiff or defense). A strong desire to advocate for injured clients is essential for this role, which offers exciting opportunities for trial experience and case management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage a caseload of approximately 20 cases in medical malpractice, primarily in Washington State, with occasional federal cases

    + Lead case preparation and strategy, ensuring timely and effective litigation

    + Participate in trials with second-chair opportunities to start; prior trial experience preferred

    + Collaborate with teams and staff members to provide high-quality advocacy for injured clients

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000. This role is eligible for lucrative discretionary bonuses, typically $50,000+ annually. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with discretionary profit-share, which is typically 5% of gross income (base AND bonuses), and flexible PTO.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, worker’s compensation, or related fields (plaintiff or defense)

    + Must possess a JD degree from an accredited law school

    + Must be licensed to practice law in Washington state
