Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Colorado Attorney in the family law sector, based in Denver, Colorado. This role will demand managing an active family law caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating your expertise in this area of law.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of family law cases with minimal supervision.

• Conduct first chair trials at contested permanent orders hearings.

• Utilize case management software to maintain and manage case details.

• Prepare and deliver briefings on case statuses and outcomes.

• Handle complaints and claims administration effectively.

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and preparation.

• Participate actively in civil litigation processes.

• Demonstrate proficiency in using Conveyancer for legal transactions.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in consumer electronics relevant to the legal industry.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CO license to practice law

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer

• Proficiency in using 3M

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat is required

• Familiarity with Case Management Software

• Must have experience with Conveyancer

• Skills in Document Management are essential

• Experience in Briefing is necessary

• Civil Litigation experience is a must

• Must have handled Claim Administration

• Proficiency in Complaint Handling

• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics is a plus

• Familiarity with Family Law is required.
