• Night and Weekend Medical Receptionist

    Description We are looking for a Night and Weekend Medical Receptionist to be part of our team in Taunton, Massachusetts. This role is in the healthcare industry, where you will be tasked with managing client communication, maintaining patient records, and handling administrative duties. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently handle incoming calls from clients, which may include scheduling appointments and refilling medication, ensuring all inquiries are appropriately triaged.

    • Verify the eligibility of clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

    • Check-in visitors who come on-site, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel.

    • Handle the processing of payments from clients, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.

    • Utilize the EMR system for maintaining accurate client records and processing requests.

    • Leverage your experience with Mass Medicaid for insurance-related tasks.

    • Execute tasks related to Inovalon as required.

    • Use your skills in Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dentrix Dental Software, Eaglesoft, and EHR SYSTEM to perform your duties efficiently.

    • Respond to and resolve client inquiries, leveraging your strong customer service skills.

    • Handle billing functions and charting or graphing as necessary. Requirements

    • Proficiency in using EHR SYSTEM

    • Capability to answer and manage queries professionally

    • Experience in handling and answering inbound calls

    • Knowledge of billing functions and procedures

    • Ability to interpret and manage charts and graphs

    • Experience in checking patients in and out.
