Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
+ Conduct complex financial analysis and prepare reports on company performance, highlighting trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
+ Develop detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and key business decisions
Budgeting and Forecasting:
+ Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s goals.
+ Provide actionable insight through cash flow projections, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
Strategic Recommendations:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, optimize processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
+ Support leadership in evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and market trends (Source: SG25 US Finance and Accounting.doc).
Data Analysis with Tools:
+ Leverage tools like ERP systems, AI platforms, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros) for data analysis and decision-making.
+ Maintain and improve financial reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into company finances.
Compliance and Risk Management:
+ Ensure adherence to compliance reporting standards and financial regulations.
+ Leverage technical accounting expertise to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred (Source: SG25 US Trends).
+ Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting roles.
+ Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel functions (Source: SG25 US Trends).
+ Knowledge of compliance reporting and corporate finance principles.
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
+ Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
