Description We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Draper, Utah. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our organization achieves and maintains ISO9001 compliance. The position involves the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures across all business units, collaboration across various departments, and navigation of regulatory requirements. You will also spearhead initiatives to streamline processes and promote continuous improvement, while ensuring strategic alignment with our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to ensure ISO9001 compliance

• Collaborate with various departments including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Operations, and Finance to align and work towards common goals

• Navigate the complexities of regulatory requirements to ensure our organization meets these standards

• Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and promote continuous improvement

• Track milestones, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

• Build confidence among stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors, through achieving ISO9001 compliance

• Ensure that our ISO9001 initiatives are strategically aligned with our organizational objectives Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant

• Proficient knowledge in ISO 9001

• Proven experience in IT project management

• Demonstrated skills in Agile Scrum

• Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required, Master's degree preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent time management skills

• Proficient in using project management software

• Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control

• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
