    We are hiringimmediatelyfor a **Material Clerk** \.

    What you will be doing as a** **Material Clerk** **:

    In this role, you can expect to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth material flow and efficient communication across departments\.You'llhandle everything from receiving and verifying materials to unloading trucks and presenting materials\. Your attention to detail andapproach will be key inmaintainingourhigh standards\.

    Your responsibilities may include \(but are not limited to\):

    + **Organize and Present Materials** :presentation ofmaterials, and tools to meet production and assembly schedules\.

    + **Material Management** :Maintainadequate levels of materials, tools, parts, kits, and assembliesfor various production areas

    + **Interdepartmental Coordination** : Regularly interact with production control, supply chain, material stores, manufacturing engineering, and other departments

    + **Material Tracking and Batch Management** : Trackmaterial age forapplicable materials,coordinate with Material Requirements Planner on order releases and splits

    + **Receiving and Inspection** : Coordinate receiving activitiesfor incoming goods, inspect received articles for damage, and ensure properuse ofmaterial handling equipment

    + **Shipping and Handling** : Perform packing, crating, and shipping duties; prepare necessary shipping documents

    What you need to be** **successful** **:

    + A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification isrequired

    + A knowledge ofaircraftparts, specifications, and parts control procedures isrequired

    + to obtain andmaintainany necessary training and licensing related to moving equipment isrequired\. This may include, but is not limited to:

    + A minimum 3 years related experience isrequired

     

    +

    - ORpreviousexperience as an internal Textron AviationMaterial Clerk C with at least one year experience

    + Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office isrequired

    + Strong oral and written communication skills isrequired

    + Ability to work in shop conditions with exposure to dust, fumes, weather, and noise
