Job Title:** Commercial Housekeeping Supervisor **This role is a perm role.

**Location:** Arlington, TX

**Salary Range:** $54,000 - $56,000

Shifts Available:

+ **Position 1:** Thursday–Friday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM | Saturday–Sunday 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

+ **Position 2:** Saturday–Sunday 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | Monday–Tuesday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Overview

Adecco is currently hiring **Housekeeping Supervisors** on behalf of our client, a global leader in sustainable infrastructure services, supporting operations at a major manufacturing facility in **Arlington, TX** . This is a great opportunity for individuals with leadership experience in industrial housekeeping who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Position Summary

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead and coordinate a team responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll ensure high-quality service, maintain compliance with safety and cleaning standards, and support efficient use of labor and materials.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations

+ Transport cleaning team and equipment to designated areas within the facility

+ Manage supplies and equipment distribution

+ Respond to customer service requests and escalate concerns when needed

+ Monitor team performance and safety compliance

+ Conduct routine inspections to verify service quality

+ Train and support team members on proper procedures and safety practices

+ Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Experience:

+ Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in industrial, manufacturing, or similar settings

+ At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

Skills & Competencies:

+ Strong leadership and communication skills

+ Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment for industrial spaces

+ Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety

+ Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

+ Manufacturing setting requiring personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Exposure to industrial cleaning chemicals and machinery

+ Physical role involving walking, standing, and lifting
