What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

+ Installing, maintaining, and repairing die cast machines, melting furnaces, compressors, shot blast units, trim presses, and other plant equipment

+ Diagnosing and resolving issues with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Working with PLCs and electrical controls – install, adjust, and repair

+ Performing welding tasks for fabrication and repair (MIG, TIG, stick)

+ Conducting routine inspections and generating detailed reports

+ Operating forklifts and handling materials safely

+ Supporting wastewater management activities and cleanup when needed

+ Performing preventive maintenance throughout the plant and office areas

+ Using a work order system to document actions and track time

+ Maintaining a clean, organized (5S) work environment

+ Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

+ Communicating effectively with team members and leadership, including across shifts

+ Embodying our company’s core values and assisting in other departments when needed

+ Being available for emergency repairs and working overtime when required

What You Need

To succeed and grow in this role, you should bring:

+ **Basic math, reading, and writing skills**

+ **High school diploma** (preferred)

+ **Basic computer literacy**

+ **Ability to read and interpret** blueprints, schematics, and diagrams (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic)

+ **Hands-on experience** with machine repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

+ **Familiarity with welding** techniques and working with heavy equipment

+ A strong safety mindset and commitment to following procedures

+ Flexibility for overtime and emergency on-call availability

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
