Join the Laboratory team at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) and embark on an exciting career as a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist Intern. As a valued team member, the Intern will efficiently and accurately perform blood draws on patients within the lab outpatient area. The Lab Intern will also be responsible for communicating effectively with lab staff and other departments as needed regarding specimen quality, questions, and issues. They will also prepare and maintain the medical record, answer the phone, do data entry, manage patient flow, and process specimens to be analyzed, along with some administrative projects.
