    Adecco** is assisting a top client in their search for a **Business Analyst.

     

    Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

     

    Locations: Hunt Valley, MD | Greensboro, NC | Plano, TX | Newark, DE

     

    Shift: 8am–5pm | Contract

    Job Overview:

    We’re looking for a **Business Analyst** with strong **SAS, SQL** , and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making. This role involves developing reports to assess new business initiatives before launch, identifying issues, and supporting audits and automation efforts. You'll work cross-functionally, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain complex **SAS** queries (Teradata, ReportNet, Oracle).

    + Create clear reports and dashboards to evaluate initiatives and support audits.

    + Automate manual QA processes and develop performance reporting.

    + Collaborate with teams to deliver actionable insights.

    Qualifications:

    + **4+ years** of experience with **SAS Enterprise Guide** and **SQL** .

    + Advanced SAS coding (macros, data manipulation, statistical analysis).

    + Bachelor's in Statistics, Math, CS, or related field.

    Ideal Candidate:

    A detail-driven self-starter who can manage multiple projects, turn complex data into insights, and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Experience in financial services is preferred.

    **Pay Details:** $55.28 per hour
