Outside Sales Representative

**Salary:** $75K - $100K per year

**Benefits:** Medical, dental, 401K

**Location:** Indio, CA

**Shift:** Full-time, Monday-Friday

A leading provider in the building materials and construction solutions industry is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative. This role involves promoting innovative design solutions to professionals within the AEC community.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide technical details and support for project integration.

+ Educate clients on best practices.

+ Conduct seminars and represent the company at industry events.

+ Identify market trends and technical developments.

+ Develop and maintain project leads.

+ Establish strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Bachelor's degree (Architecture or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum 5 years of related experience.

+ Proficiency in Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and BIM processes.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

+ Office-based with travel for client meetings and events.

+ Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

**Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
