Adecco is looking to hire an HR Assistant for a client located in Georgetown KY!
Position Overview
An HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, handling a wide range of tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. They act as a central point of contact for HR inquiries and assist in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
Skills Required:
• Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with HR software.
• Experience: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position in manufacturing is beneficial.
Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. Here are some key responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Maintain employee databases, sort emails, and manage internal and external communications.
• Recruitment Assistance: Help with job postings, candidate shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Employee Records: Keep accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other relevant data.
• Onboarding and Training: Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
• Policy and Compliance: Assist in policy formulation and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Clerical Duties: Provide general clerical support, including managing schedules and organizing meetings and events.
**Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
