Our client is a growing Mechanical Engineering Firm that specializes in the design and installation of large commercial HVAC systems. The Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR) is a key contributor to the growth and success of the organization and will be responsible for generating new business through the sale of maintenance service contracts. The Maintenance Sales Representative will work with the VP of Sales, Sales Manager and Project Managers. Job Duites for the Maintenance Sales Representative in Gaithersburg, MD:
+ Actively prospect and develop new customer relationships to secure maintenance service contracts.
+ Execute the company’s established sales process, including:
+ Conducting outbound cold calls to schedule initial appointments with potential clients.
+ Perform in-person qualification meetings to determine mutual interest and assess fit.
+ Complete detailed building surveys to inventory mechanical equipment and identify deficiencies or opportunities related to the client’s current service provider.
+ Lead verification meetings to present findings, preliminary financial benefits, and service recommendations
+ Deliver and negotiating formal proposals and agreements.
+ Meet or exceed defined activity and performance targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Job Requirements for the Maintenance Sales Representative in Gaithersburg, MD:
+ Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the mechanical services, HVAC, or building maintenance industry.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and sales process documentation.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
