    **Location:** Philadelphia, PA

    **Pay:** $30.90–$34.88/hour

     

    Adecco is hiring immediately for **Pharmaceutical Machine Mechanics** in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting high-speed packaging equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and maintain pharmaceutical packaging machinery following cGMP guidelines

    + Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and shutdowns with minimal supervision

    + Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs to reduce downtime

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure efficient equipment performance

    + Maintain accurate batch documentation and maintenance records

    + Adhere to SOPs, safety protocols, and FDA compliance standards

    + Support production goals while maintaining product quality and workplace safety

    + Train and guide team members on equipment use and maintenance practices

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + 1+ year of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment

    + Strong understanding of packaging machinery, line changeovers, and troubleshooting

    + Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA regulatory requirements

    + Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    Shifts Available:

    + Monday–Friday: 2nd and 3rd Shifts
