Join our Air & Water Solutions team as an Inside Sales Professional, where you'll be the voice of our brand for customers across your assigned territory. In this role, you’ll manage inside (phone-based) sales and account management efforts, build strong customer relationships, and help drive business growth in the Pro channel. How You'll Create Possibilities
What You'll Do
+ Meet or exceed sales and margin targets in your assigned territory
+ Sell a broad portfolio of GE Appliances Air & Water products to both new and existing Pro customers
+ Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to uncover new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
+ Build strong customer relationships—from initial outreach to closing deals—to meet quarterly and annual goals
+ Execute proactive call schedules to drive customer engagement and sales growth
+ Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
+ Partner with distributors to share leads and strengthen the Pro sales channel
+ Support customer account setup and assist with service and post-sale needs
+ Leverage digital tools to enhance your sales performance and efficiency
+ Provide product education and technical guidance to customers as needed
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Limited travel required
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
+ 3 years of sales or closely related experience
+ Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous experience in appliance, air, or water product sales
+ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
+ Proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships
+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
+ Comfortable working with all levels of internal and external partners
+ Previous phone-based sales experience
