Job Title: Cyber Infrastructure Systems Engineer

Essential Functions:

+ Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Oracle Linux systems (physical and virtual)

+ Experience deploying infrastructure through automation

+ Familiarity with implementing and maintaining security controls in compliance with DoD security frameworks

+ Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processes

+ Experience in Linux automation using Kickstart, Podman, Ansible and Puppet

+ Experience integrating Linux and Windows systems together in a unified Active Directory Domain

+ Experience in creating and using containers in a LINUX and Windows Environment

+ Experience customizing/optimizing/trouble shooting enterprise level applications

+ Security administration experience in support of RMF requirements

+ Demonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirements

+ Ability to integrate RMF principles into ground-up builds

+ Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks

+ Experience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket

+ Experience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDM

+ Work must be accomplished onsite

Qualifications :

+ Education:

+ Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience or,

+ Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience

+ In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

+ DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 certification (e.g. Security +)

+ Active TS/SCI

Preferred Additional Skills:

+ Current Linux Certifications such as:

+ RedHat Certification (RHCSA or RHCE)

+ CompTIA Linux

+ + Experience in the use of IT tools for managing and troubleshooting complex computer networks

+ Previous experience supporting DoD & IC Government customers

+ Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks

+ Hardware/software requirement verification/system validation experience

+ Demonstrated ability to work and grow in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment

+ Experience with Virtualization (KVM), Backup Technologies such as NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SAS

+ Experience supporting DoD/government customers

+ Experience integrating and administering cross-domain systems

+ Experience with microservices, containers (i.e., docker)

+ Active TS/SCI w/CI poly
