Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and help optimize business performance across operations.

    Responsibilities:

    + Analyze financial data and manufacturing KPIs to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.

    + Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and dashboards for management.

    + Partner with operations and supply chain teams to evaluate cost drivers and process efficiency.

    + Conduct variance analysis for production costs, inventory, and capital expenditures.

    + Support month-end close processes through journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

    + Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business cases and investment opportunities.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across departments.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    + 2–5 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.

    + Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.

    + Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
