    What You-ll Do

    + Administer and analyze Yardi Investment Management software to uphold data accuracy and system integrity

    + Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify patterns, disparities, and daylight system improvements

    + Collaborate effectively between the Investments and Accounting teams to address financial system challenges and implement solutions

    + Develop and update financial reports to offer valuable insights to stakeholders

    + Aid in training staff on financial systems and processes

    + Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance

    Who You Are

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Proven experience in administering and analyzing Yardi Investment Management software; or something similar

    + Experience with financial system implementations

    + Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectively

    + Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work

    + Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
