Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Front-End/Fulfillment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, and 401k with matching, generous PTO)

Schedule: 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Thursday; 9am to 5pm on Fridays

REQUIRED: Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License

Position Summary:

Essential Functions:

+ Professionally answer phones and provide superb customer service to physicians

+ Efficiently take scripts and enter them into pharmacy software

+ Accurately fill prescriptions and prep them for shipment

+ Complete appropriate documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports in a timely manner

+ Designing custom fit packaging to ensure safety of prescriptions delivery

+ Work closely with management to keep inventory and supplies up to par

+ High interaction with staff to communicate core information about prescriptions leaving the pharmacy

+ Provides support for pharmacy team in a variety of roles

Required Qualifications:

+ Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License

+ Must be able to plan out what tasks take priority, stay organized and keep track of time

+ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment and adapt to new circumstances

+ Ability to understand the bigger picture and the team dynamic

+ Ability to multi-mask and meet deadlines with little supervision

+ Takes pride in their work and the team’s accomplishments

+ Must be able to stand for the majority of a shift, and able to lift up to 50lbs at times and 20lbs regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

+ Prior experience with shipping and packaging
