Job Description:

+ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronic/Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform a wide range of assembly operations on complex electronic and electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished units.

+ The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electronic assembly, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing, with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings and maintain precision and quality in every task.

Responsibilities:

+ Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical units and systems using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.

+ Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.

+ Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine the sequence of operations.

+ Set up and adjust tools and equipment as needed, ensuring all tolerances meet required specifications.

+ Perform quality inspections to verify product conformance to specifications and troubleshoot assembly issues when necessary.

+ Maintain clean and organized workstations, following all safety procedures and protocols.

+ Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement and resolve technical issues.

+ Document work completed, report production data, and assist in training junior team members when required.

Experience:

+ Minimum of 4–6 years of hands-on experience in electronic or electro-mechanical

+ Proficient in hand soldering (including surface-mount and through-hole components).

+ Experience with cable harnessing, wiring, and assembly of mechanical enclosures.

+ Requires use of microscopes, soldering irons, and other precision tools

Education:

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field preferred
