Position Summary:

The Legal Coordinator holds primary responsibility for managing the non-clinical aspects of physician operations. Collaborating within a cross-functional team, the role ensures compliance of evolving administrative physician operations with internal and external regulations, standards, and practices.

Duties:

+ Support review of physician contracts, identifying key elements.

+ Manage and document contract key elements.

+ Assist in preparing documentation for amendments.

+ Support special projects and other assigned departmental duties.

Experience:

+ Legal Assistant/Paralegal training strongly preferred.

+ 3+ years of experience in an administrative environment.

+ Ability to easily adapt to a fast-paced environment.

+ Project management experience.

Education:

+ Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
