Job Description:

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in thedesign,

development, integration, andvalidationof RF and DSP systems. You will

collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical performance

meets system requirements while driving innovative solutions from

concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

System Design & Architecture

- Lead the design and development of complex RF and DSP systems,

ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

- Define system architecture, including RF front-ends,signal

processing chains, anddigital interfaces.

- Perform system-level analysis, including link budget calculations,

signal chain modeling, and performance optimization.

Integration & Testing

- Develop and execute system integration and verification plans to

ensure end-to-end functionality.

- Collaborate with hardware, software, and algorithm teams to validate

system performance.

- Conduct RF and signal processing tests, analyzing and interpreting

results to drive design improvements.

Technical Documentation & Compliance

- Create and maintain detailed system specifications, design

documentation, and test plans.

- Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards and regulations

(e.g., FCC, MIL-STD, IEEE).

- Support proposal development by defining system solutions and

technical write-ups.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with hardware, software, and algorithm engineers to

achieve seamless system integration.

- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather technical

requirements and provide system updates.

- Provide technical leadership in design reviews and problem-solving

sessions.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering,

Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree

preferred).

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in RF and DSP system design, development, and

testing.

- Proven track record of leading complex system integration efforts

across the full lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with RF systems, signal processing, and

communication protocols.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of digital signal processing (e.g.,modulation,

demodulation, FFT, filtering).

- Experience with RF systems: receivers, transmitters, antennas, and

frequency synthesizers.

- Proficiency withMATLAB, Python, C++, or other modeling and analysis

tools.

- Knowledge ofsoftware-defined radios (SDR), FPGAs, and real-time

systems.

Tools & Platforms:

- Simulation & Modeling: MATLAB,Simulink, Python, or equivalent.

- RF Test Equipment: Spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network

analyzers.

- Design Tools: Altium Designer, CST, or equivalent RF design

packages.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with

cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with MIL-STD and other government or defense standards.

- Knowledge of RF propagation, interference mitigation, and spectrum

management.

- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

- Familiarity with machine learning techniques for signal processing.
