Job Description:

+ Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures within Sales Operations.

+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

+ May report to an executive or a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities:

+ Daily responsibilities include quote and RMA creation in SAP, review and update sales order configurations.

+ Additional responsibilities include review and retire gating items ("holds") prior to sales order shipments.

+ Daily action items will require working with cross functional teams, finance, sales, and engineering.

+ Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

+ May lead and directs the work of others.

Experience:

+ Proven work experience in a sales Operations or similar role.

+ Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.

+ Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.

+ Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.

+ Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred.

+ Business acumen.

+ Organizational skills.

+ Pipeline management.

Skills:

+ SAP or similar CRM experience (preferred).

+ Excel Expertise (preferred).

Education:

+ Associate or relevant work experience.
