Job Description:

+ Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with experience in site development and design that includes grading plan design, hydrology and stormwater management and design, roadway design, and erosion control planning and design associated with preparing construction drawings.

+ Demonstrated ability to produce site development drawings and design documents including site grading plans, stormwater design, erosion control plans, specifications, stormwater calculations, and construction quantity estimates.

+ Minimum four (4) years of experience in site development and design.

+ Experience and solid understanding of survey data and how it is required to perform a site development design as related to producing construction plans.

+ Experience and solid understanding of erosion control design.

+ Knowledge of the requirements for the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, Alabama Department of Environmental Management, and Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality for preparing erosion control plans. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
