    Job Description

    Eligible Geography:

    This role is based at the Cincinnati General Office, with periodic need to work from Mason and Winton Hill Business Centers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Unique EA level position providing Information Technology and Meeting Services Support and a key business partner to P&G’s Senior Executive Leadership Team (C-Suite). The Executive Care Technical Advisor is a critical and highly visible role, requiring a strong level of trust, need for confidentiality, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership, pride in ownership, and a background / interest in IT support. This expert will have end to end ownership for managing the executive conference room, own scheduling, operation of technical equipment and leading the producing of standard video recording of town halls and other events that leverage C11 Studio. Experience with virtual meeting technology and OBS Studio software preferred. This role also provides meeting support (in person and virtual), triaging and fixing PC issues, O365 troubleshooting and support of mobile devices. On site required.

    Job Qualifications

    + Trustworthiness: Ability to build relationships with the customer base and demonstrate reliability and integrity.

    + Confidentiality / Data Confidentiality: Operate with a strong understanding of the need for confidentiality in communications and interactions. Will be included in the Insider Trading List for P&G.

    + Data Privacy: Must complete Data Privacy Training and apply that knowledge to daily operations.

    + Emotional Intelligence: Ability to interact with senior leaders and their executive assistants with confidence and professionalism.

    + Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    + Technical Capability: Proficiency in PC, Mac, mobility, meetings, video conferencing, and O365 for basic IT troubleshooting and support. Previous experience in meeting support and/or PC or Mac support is a plus.

    + Growth Mindset: Passion for learning new technologies and a willingness to become more digitally savvy. Previous support or customer service experience is a plus.

    + Discipline in Operations: Strong prioritization skills to manage issues and requests effectively, ensuring timely resolution for Executive Care customers. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

    + Ownership: Ability to see the big picture and make decisions that are in the best interest of the end-to-end business.

    + Learning Agility: Openness to hands-on learning and viewing mistakes as opportunities for growth and development.
