Learning Consultant – Chicago or Decatur, IL. or Erlanger, KY.
Job Summary:
The Learning Consultant helps execute the Learning & Development strategy by designing and delivering learning solutions aligned with business needs. They collaborate with stakeholders, identify performance gaps, and deliver impactful solutions that drive business value.
This position reports to the Director, Learning and Development. Our preference is Decatur or Chicago, IL. or Erlanger, KY. however we will consider candidates that are located out of any major U.S. ADM facility/office (no remote work-option is available).
Key Responsibilities:
+ The Learning Consultant supports Learning Directors and Learning Partners in the execution of the Learning & Development strategy through consulting and delivery on appropriate learning solutions
+ They help apply the understanding of key business priorities/processes and internal and external best practices to learning solutions
+ Partners with key stakeholders to identify performance needs and gaps, collaborates with design experts and the operational support team on desired performance and business outcomes
+ Develops and maintains strong business relationships and learn from and apply insights from an integrated learning network
+ Success in this role depends on a candidate's ability to apply adult learning theory in their area of responsibility, collaborate with others to design and deliver high impact learning solutions, and deliver business value through learning interventions
+ Assist in determining learning strategies and plans based on identified needs and gaps to achieve business strategy
+ Provide critical input to the curriculum design and development team responsible for overall planning of learner experiences and solutions
+ Ensure these deliverables drive business relevance and impact and provide a modern, compelling learning experience
+ Deliver training and facilitate training content to first and second line leaders
+ Measure and report impact of learning programs against set metrics
+ Use data and feedback to continuously improve training solutions and outcomes
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field, with 5 years or related experience
+ At least 2+ years of leadership experience and minimum 1 year of experience facilitating/ delivering learning solutions
+ Ability to engage with colleagues around business goals and outcomes, and support decision-making that aligns with the company’s objectives
+ Ability to work with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner, including the ability to build and maintain critical networks and collaborative relationships
+ Experience in applying concepts and practices of adult learning to meet the dynamic needs of the business
+ Experience in assessing competency gaps and identifying what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance
+ Ability to leverage data driven insights to drive decisions
+ Project planning and project management experience
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear and engaging manner. Good at listening and asking questions to understand others' viewpoints and gather useful insights
+ Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
+ Must have a valid drivers license

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$100,100.00 - $184,700.00
Salaried Incentive Plan:
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
