The Opportunity

This position works out of our Temecula, CA location in the Abbott Vascular division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.

The Project Coordinator will: Coordinate projects relating to, but not limited to, divisional labeling for international countries for the Product Lifecycle and Program Management (PLPM) group.

What You’ll Work On

+ Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.

+ Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.

+ Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

+ Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project.

+ This may include preparing and developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts, selecting materials and project staff

+ Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (e.g., regulatory, engineering, operations) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

+ Select and manage activities to ensure they are integrated into the project and the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

+ Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.

+ Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.

+ Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards

Required Qualifications

+ HS Diploma/GED or equivalent level of education.

+ 2 - 4 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience managing projects; project management

+ Ability to be creative in achieving objectives while assuring compliance to internal and external requirements

+ Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
