    The Opportunity

     

    We are seeking a **Deputy Program Manager** to join **CACI** in supporting a major, multi-faceted program that provides infrastructure support to the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. In this role, you will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure the successful execution of the program's cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Assisting in overall program management and oversight

    + Coordinating staffing processes across the program

    + Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly reports

    + Serving as a liaison between staff members and leadership to address any arising issues

    + Supporting the Program Manager in various administrative and operational tasks

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing complex projects within the defense or intelligence sectors. This position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in a high-impact program supporting national security initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dynamic professional for a dual-role position as Technical Task Order (TTO) Lead and Deputy Program Manager. This unique opportunity combines leadership responsibilities in two critical areas:

    As TTO Lead:

    + Ensure successful performance of the contracted effort

    + Oversee and lead contractor personnel • Plan, allocate, and acquire resources effectively

    As Deputy Program Manager:

    + Direct the Resource Management Team

    + Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team

    + Manage the hiring process, including resume review and candidate interviews

    + Provide hiring recommendations to the Program Manager

     

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent resource management abilities, and experience in talent acquisition. You'll play a pivotal role in both project execution and team development, requiring a versatile skill set and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • **TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph**

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University

    • Eight (8) years experience in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government, Four (4) years of which must be within the Intelligence Community.

    • Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

    • Direct experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.

    • Active Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

    Desired

    • Excellent communications skills

    • Experience with leading a team of technical staff

    • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and developing necessary solutions

    • Experience with Intelligence Community security clearance processes

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $85,800 - $180,200
