    Job Overview

     

    Reports to: Sales Office, Warehouse, and Distribution Manager

     

    Shift: 5 days, 10 hours per day, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

     

    Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.

    Responsibilities

    + Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Provide quick answers or coordinate with appropriate team members and proactively follow up with customers.

    + Monitor and ensure timely processing of priority orders.

    + Navigate customer portal and communicate pricing to customers and assist with portal related questions.

    + Assist with entering and monitoring shipments. Communicating any updates or delays.

    + Navigate SAP to communicate inventory to team members and 3PL employees.

    + In manager’s absence, receive product into inventory, perform cycle count entry, and generate inventory reports to distribute to the team.

    + Enter shipment information onto SharePoint site. Enter monthly shipment information into AEM site with manager support.

    + Work with ad firm, sales team and Marcom to develop Coop advertisements.

    + Coordinate print and digital ad buy schedule with ad firm and Marcom. Ensure buyer has details to process payments.

    + Coordinate with KMT factories and Marcom to ensure print and digital catalogs are current.

    + Ship brochures to team members and customers, when requested.

    + Procure company apparel for trade shows and team members.

    + Assist with website updates-including uploads of current product literature and accuracy of technical specs.

    + Support team with booking hotels, dinners and transportation for trade shows

    + Trade show planning and organizing-including booth design, product display, uniforms and giveaways.

    + Work with manager on transportation and product shipment to shows.

    Qualifications

    + The position requires an associate’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

    + Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively

    + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with customers and team members having a variety of backgrounds.

    + Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Applications.

    + Data entry proficient and ability to learn SAP and other data entry systems

    + Safety oriented

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Product information that is accurate, well laid out, within a reasonable time period

    Pay & Benefits:

    At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $46,720 and $58,400. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location. Employees may be eligible for a bonus based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of Komatsu.
