What You'll Be Doing

+ Oversee all operational aspects of multiple aggregate production facilities to ensure efficiency and safety. 3 sand & gravel sites, multiple depots, trucking & river logistics.

+ Implement and monitor operational strategies to meet production goals & product balance.

+ Manage and develop team members to enhance performance and growth.

+ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

+ Collaborate with H&S, QC, environmental, & sales teams to optimize processes and resource utilization.

What Are We Looking For

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.

+ Knowledge of Aggregate KPI’s, mining, & production methods. Preference of at least 3 years managing aggregate operations or other relevant operations.

+ Competency in managing a P&L & creating budget & forecasts.

+ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. MSHA experience preferred.
