    Our Opportunity

     

    North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk - I to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately and efficiently record and report shipping data in support of the Warehouse function.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Your Priorities

     

    + Maintains shipping records within the AS400 system through daily input.

    + Makes minor corrections, codes items, and maintains records of shipping documents processed.

    + Verifies shipping reports against control totals, reviews for accuracy, and distributes reports to the appropriate departments.

    + Informs departments of missing or incorrect shipping data.

    + Schedules daily shipments and transmits shipment totals to the customers electronically.

    + Coordinates communication between customer service, the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, and/or the team leader.

    Requirements

    Your Background

     

    High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 to 2 years of prior data entry or office/clerical experience.

     

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,0000
