    Our client, a leader in the Marine and RV industry, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid) to join their team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting the RV Systems team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** RV Systems Support Technician – Electrical Focus

    **Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI (Hybrid)

    **Pay Range:** $19–$25/hr based on experience

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide customer support for RV and marine products with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and installation assistance.

    + Assist with product inquiries, including system compatibility, features, wiring, and sizing.

    + Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AC and DC systems, inverters, converters, solar setups, and battery management.

    + Read and interpret wiring diagrams, safety rules, schematics, and operation/maintenance manuals (in English).

    + Walk customers through installations or repairs over the phone or via email with patience and clear communication.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents including safety rules, schematics, operation and maintenance manuals.

    + Practical experience with AC and DC RV/marine electrical systems including wiring, wire termination, basic circuit analysis, and use of digital voltmeters (DVM).

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-focused mindset.

    + Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively navigate conflict resolution.

    + Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
