Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Freight Forwarder, Air Export to join their team. As a Freight Forwarder, Air Export, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Freight Forwarder, Air Export

**Location:** Oklahoma City

**Pay Range:** $17 - $20

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.

+ Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

+ Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.

+ Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

+ Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

What's Needed?

+ Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

+ Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.

+ Strong mathematical skills.

+ Excellent communication skills to manage customer relationships.

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
