Job Summary:

HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is seeking a full time **Associate Chief of Hospital Medicine** to help lead our hospital medicine team in Sebring, Florida.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

+ ABIM Board Certified

+ 2 years of previous leadership experience preferred

+ May consider ABFM with recent hospitalist and leadership experience

ABOUT OUR HOSPITALIST PROGRAM

+ No procedures

+ No codes

+ Open ICU, intensivist coverage

+ Schedule is 7am to 7pm - 7 on/ 7 off block scheduling, with some flexibility

+ Dedicated Nocturnist - 7pm to 7am on staff

+ 4 Physicians plus APPs full-time team with a deep per diem roster
