Job Description:
The JSOM Career Development Specialist ( CDS ) will utilize their corporate/professional expertise about corporate recruiting and hiring cycles/timelines to provide career coaching services to undergraduate and graduate students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree. Three to five years in corporate/business experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Preferred Education and Experience
+ MBA or Master’s degree in a business-related discipline.
+ Two or more years of experience in campus recruiting and/or corporate or business-related roles.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ( ATS ) and emerging job search tools, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT.
+ Experience with or strong interest in leveraging social media platforms (e.g., Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and blogs) for professional branding and student engagement.
