    QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for supporting the procurement process within the organization by managing the purchasing of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

    + The role involves communication with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials for operations.

    + The Purchasing Coordinator will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to execute purchasing strategies and help optimize cost-efficiency.

    + Process and manage purchase orders (POs) for goods and services in line with business needs.

    + Track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

    + Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of required materials while minimizing overstock.

    + Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and ensure that materials are received and stored properly.

    + Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchasing activities, supplier agreements, and delivery schedules.

    + Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, including inventory levels, costs, and supplier performance.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)

    + Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role (2+ years preferred).

    + Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.

    + Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

    + Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)
