Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Informatics Analyst to join our Value-Based Contract Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data, with a good understanding of value-based care models and the ability to manage the lifecycle for our Value Based Care Engine. This role requires proficiency in SQL to analyze data and drive product decisions. The Informatics Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Data Analysis:** Utilize SQL (Big Query, SQL server, DB2, etc) to extract and analyze data.
+ **Data Management:** Perform routine data entry to support business operations.
+ **Training and Support:** Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use of the attribution engine and its features.
+ **User Experience:** Collaborate with engineers to create intuitive and user-friendly reporting from the Value Based Care Engine.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with stakeholders, including, data analysts, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
+ **Product Management:** Involved in product management process for the value-based care attribution engine, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
+ **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure that all product offerings comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications:
+ 3+ Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
+ 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
+ Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
+ Preferred understanding of value-based care models.
+ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
