Description
We are in search of a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Palm Harbor, Florida. You will be tasked with supporting National Sales Managers through project management, data analysis, and administrative duties, ensuring the optimal functioning of our sales operations.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook in executing your duties and maintaining records
• Provide support to National Sales Managers, including managing and prioritizing their calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones
• Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries for National Sales Managers
• Manage a large volume of emails and draft written responses or replies on behalf of National Sales Managers
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or briefings to inform decision-making processes
• Partner with leadership to execute projects, tracking milestones, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Utilize data analytics to identify customer needs and provide solutions, and recommend reports and processes to streamline communication and activity
• Maintain records in CRM databases
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports
This is a permanent position that will pay up to $75,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!
Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have skill.
• The candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Proven track record in sales operations or related field is required.
• The applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently is necessary.
• The candidate should have the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically are also required.
• The applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
