We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Financial Services & Wealth/Investment Management industry at our location in Omaha, Nebraska. We are in search of an Operations Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our operations, managing client relationships, and overseeing our back-office staff.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries and facilitating fund movements.

• Liaise with clients' external tax advisors and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

• Act as the bridge between clients and our investment management committee, forwarding client queries and meeting requests.

• Manage the operations of our back office, including supervising operations specialists and receptionist roles.

• Coordinate with clients and their tax advisors to confirm and process annual Required Minimum Distribution amounts.

• Prepare and present staff's insurance renewals, including health, dental, and disability insurance.

• Conduct annual employment reviews for operations specialists and receptionist roles.

• Work in close coordination with the investment and portfolio management committees to schedule client appointments.

• Organize and supervise annual holiday gatherings for clients.

• Utilize your skills in CRM, ERP, compliance, wealth management, portfolio management, funding processes, client management, and banking operations to ensure seamless operations and excellent client relations.

Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services/Wealth Management industry (candidates without experience in these industries also encouraged to apply)

• Demonstrated proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools

• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

• Understanding of the Funding process within the Financial Services industry

• Excellent Client communications, Client Intake, Client management, and Client Relations skills

• Experience in Operations administration and Operations management

• Knowledge and understanding of the Banking Industry and Banking Operations would also be a plus
