Description
We have partnered with a dynamic and growing hospitality investment firm specializing in real estate acquisitions, asset management, and fund development across premium hotel and resort properties. With a strong portfolio and a team of seasoned professionals, they are seeking a strategic and driven Fund Manager to join a high-impact team.
As the Fund Manager, you will play a critical role in managing capital deployment, evaluating new acquisition opportunities, and supporting investor relations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the investment team and C-suite executives, ensuring alignment on growth strategies and fund performance. This position offers significant room for career advancement, frequent opportunities for travel, and direct interaction with investors, executive leadership, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and oversee hospitality-focused investment funds from inception through exit
+ Perform in-depth financial modeling, underwriting, and risk assessment of potential real estate acquisitions
+ Partner with acquisitions and asset management teams to evaluate new investment opportunities
+ Present fund performance updates and strategies to internal leadership and external investors
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and stakeholders
+ Assist in fundraising efforts and investor pitch development
+ Collaborate directly with C-level executives on fund strategy, performance goals, and market trends
+ Stay up-to-date on real estate, hospitality, and economic trends that impact fund performance

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ MBA from an accredited institution required
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate investment, fund management, or acquisitions
+ Demonstrated experience with underwriting, due diligence, and deal structuring
+ Strong background in hospitality, commercial real estate, or mixed-use developments
+ Proven ability to engage with senior executives and investor communities
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
+ Ability and willingness to travel as needed
